All rack rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking, either in-store or online.

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so we encourage buyers to inspect items carefully in-store.

We do not offer refunds for early termination of rack rentals.

A full upfront payment is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled start date. If 10 or more days' notice is given, the full amount may be transferred to a future booking.

You’re welcome to set up any time on the first day of your booking (within the first ½ of trade is recommended.)

No refunds will be issued for missed setup days.

All clothing and accessories must be clean and in good, sellable condition. Items deemed unsuitable may be removed at our discretion.

Faulty items must be clearly labeled as such. We are not liable for any damage or faults that occur while the items are in-store.

While we take reasonable measures to prevent theft, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The store is not liable for events such as fire, water damage, theft, or other unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

Each rental period spans 7 consecutive days.

Extensions may be available depending on current bookings. Please inquire in advance.

All personal details provided are kept confidential.

During your rental, you’re welcome to restock your rack as items sell. You can track sales in real time through our app.

If you are using to Price, Present, Packup servide, please allow 2 business days for new item processing.

Security tags are not provided.

At the end of your rental, we will collect your bank details to transfer your earnings. Payments are made within 14 business days.

Please double-check your bank details, as we cannot be held accountable for incorrect information.

We retain a 10% commission on all sales.

Counterfeit or imitation designer items are not permitted. Designer items must include proof of authenticity.

We reserve the right to reposition racks as needed to accommodate bookings efficiently.

You can pack down anytime on the final day of your rental. Store hours are found on our website.

If you can’t pack down, we can do it for a $30 fee, deducted from your final payout.

If items are not picked up on the final day, a $30 storage and pack-up fee applies, also deducted from your final payout.

Uncollected items after 7 days become the property of Second Ave. Sustainable Fashion.

We do not send reminders regarding the end of your rental period.

Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of your rental ending.

Where the store cannot open due to circumstances out of our control, such as, government-mandated lockdown or other unpredictable incidents, bookings will be postponed, not refunded. We’ll reschedule your booking once operations resume.
